Heartland and the Heartland way has changed. We are missing big parts of the market because of our horrible and outdated systems. We say we are transparent, but wait until a merchant gets a chargeback. Chargebacks are where we can keep customers if we do it right.

All the front-line leaders are awesome and care about their people.

I dont really know my team very well since Im the only one located in the US.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are losing all of our great people to bad companies that pay more. The company is making money, share the wealth. I have had a 1. 2% increase in the last 3 years. I don't want to have to work two jobs during the holidays.
