Ability to discuss our differences when making decisions and be heard, openness to all perspectives, and we all are working towards the same objectives as a team / company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Comradaradie between Vince and Cameron, was great to see during Diamond Conf. as it builds confidence in the organization. Also, the ongoing and innovative practices Lance has/is infusing into the business. Leadership is always leaning into doing the best for the employees and our clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated to the process, always looking to improve our process to ensure the best outcome for our internal clients. They have created a strong culture amongst themselves and have embraced the Heartland Way to compliment our values and mission statement as a department.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my individual team members impact the business positively and see the success they feel and see in the work they do. My goal is ensure my team is supported, happy and healthy. If they are not, what can I do to help them achieve their goals.
