It has helped me grow both professionally and personally over the years. I feel valued and respected for my thoughts and opinions. It has had its rough times but and there are aspects that could be better. But they look for that and take it serious. Really does have the sense of family.

Family. Can respectfully rumble but also admit failure. They have a lot of heart
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I make a difference. I learn something new every day. Developing my team and watching them learn and grow as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we can laugh and joke but at the same time none of us are afraid to role up our sleeves and get the job done. I know they have my back and we are a true team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to our ideas and are willing to invest in them. I cannot say that in the past this has always been the case. But this past year it has really shown that not only investing in the people but our products and how they help our day to day functions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took on this role when salaries were not where the market was for others. It is not that I feel undervalued but know that other companies pay higher. But money is not everything and what I get from the company and my team in other ways outweighs that. And makes me happy
