What are some of the best things about your team?
Our culture is the best at Heartland, has been for years. We are open for discussions, collaborate on many levels, we have fun while working and celebrate our successes as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to annual salary, in the event company goals are met, I am given the ability to earn a bonus up to a percentage of my salary through hard work and dedication, above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent, they make it easy for anyone to reach out with any question or concerns employees may have. The team does a great job not only goals for the company, but ensuring that employees goals are met as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our work environment is open concept, even our managers sit at the same desks. Co-workers are able to stop by, discuss whatever needs to be accomplished and we continue on with our day. In those moments, we also take time to know our co-workers, and let them know about me.
