
The vision plan is the best I've ever had
Being supportive, valuing quality over quantity rather than the reverse, training, setting realistic expectations.
My co-workers (supervisors/managers excluded) work very well together when we are given the opportunity to do so.
Quantity over quality, clients aren't valued, little support, no guidance, poor communication, no training. All of which need to be reversed completely.
Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say about the current culture at this time. A lot of improvements need to be made to make it bearable.
