It used to be a great place to work with positive energy and teamwork abound. However, now the total focus has become about the numbers. There is no quality, no support, no care for the clients. It has become very difficult to make yourself want to get up and work most days.

Being supportive, valuing quality over quantity rather than the reverse, training, setting realistic expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers (supervisors/managers excluded) work very well together when we are given the opportunity to do so.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quantity over quality, clients aren't valued, little support, no guidance, poor communication, no training. All of which need to be reversed completely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say about the current culture at this time. A lot of improvements need to be made to make it bearable.
