Everyone cares about the client, about each other, doing their best, being flexible, excited to be there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a sales team, my compensation package is great compared to other companies. I appreciate the insurance, retirement, and other offerings that smaller companies don't offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being autonomous and not in the office, I don't get to see many people face-to-face, but many of them have reached out virtually to introduce themselves and say hi, welcome me to the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has been great about communicating the goals, vision, direction of the company, what it takes to be successful, and what we need to bring to the table to be a successful part of the team.
