What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is available to answer questions and support me as a new hire. This doesn't only apply to my team or neighbor team, but almost every person in the office I've interacted with professionally has been very helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available. It doesn't matter if it's to help with a client issue or check in on you as an individual (especially on busy/stressful days). The amount of empathy and compassion displayed by my leaders is wonderful.
