the best part about your compensation package is having High incentives.

The best part is that I can work from home and that saves me a lot in transportation and time to commute, so in the end it feels like I'm getting more compared to previous jobs where I had to travel like 4 hours a day and pay transportation.

i would love a raise since our client keeps telling us how good of a work we've done

I feel the company could explore the possibilities of innovating the way they show appreciation for their employees, i don't feel very confident working for a company that reduces employee bennefits saying 'Due to the global economic situation' purposes we deserve more!

I want to ear more money

Birthday bonus, a raise (haven't had one in 3 years working)

Birthday bonus was removed from us, no raises in 3 years, and benefits removed from our insurance

I WORK HARD, DO MY BEST BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH. SINCE LONG TIME I DON'T HAVE EXTRA BONUS.

Compensation and wage are not equally even if you prove yourself and excel they do not want to do anything to keep you

I think I'm paid fairly but being in the company for more than a year I believe I deserve a slight increase of compensation. And it would be more fair to reorganize bonus system as employees on different positions have different possibilities to get bonus payment.

Customer care service isn't the most easy job. I would appreciate it if we could help in more psychological aspects.

Compensation does not exceed industry standards- total compensation package is fair but not generous- though the company has taken strides recently to incorporate a 401k with company match- this may improve as the company continues to experience growth!
