Yes, the pay is a joke here. They just need to boost wages. They dropped the branch manager's bonuses recently and they make significantly less now.

I shouldn't have to fight for a raise that I already was given, now I'm fighting for an extra $1 Per hour and people that are behind me and seniority are making more than I am and I've been there for almost 10 years ridiculous no one does anything favor answers I don't know or I don't have your info

I feel undervalued because there is no reward for going above and beyond they simply do not care and if they actually gave a raise that is competitive with other companys

I believe Hertz has a problem with incentiving with money. Instead they throw parties for when you have X amount of years on the job. Occasional free lunches, do not make up for non existent raises or bonuses.

Hertz is currently paying below market value, 90% of its employees who are front line are payed below a living wage for the Phx Metroplex area
