what makes me most happy at work is when I see how satisfied with the customers when they receive good customer service and they compliment us on how good of a job we do.

Having happy customers and developing emplyees to help them become the beat version of themselves.

We have an open mind with our bosses, but it feels that we,are apart from them.

Not enough staff or staff thats here for hrly $$ are very easily recognized while in line. Our member programs that are no longer for them and they cannot get through when the call HERTZ,DOLLAR, THRIFTY! Managers responses or time it takes when asked for!!!! RUDE

I heard complaints 24-7 because our rates were too high and our car quality is terrible

Get rent a car senior executives to run the company not a Walmart reject

Customer service improvement. Employee treatment needs to improve. Only when we stand together does management "rethink" the next step. Attempt to be proactive instead of reactive. Again, communicate with your employees. We all want to succeed and no one person has all the answers.

Bad management, lazy managers who don't want to work

Everything is wrong. Retrain district managers so that they can properly train branch managers, who can properly train counter agents

Regional managers keep getting hired and fired almost every 3 months which makes it hard for all the managers and employees below them. Top management needs to do a better job at hiring middle management.
