The Hertz internal employee authorization systems as apply to middle management are not as current as necessary for Transporter employees to perform our jobs as effectively as could be.

Initially it was all positive. In reality upon my first day of employment reality compared to interviewed responsibility as not what I expected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate management need to delegate responsibilities in such a manor as to allow management staff to visit regional branches to be enabled to make improvements for staff and customer service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transporting vehicles is one thing, cleaning vehicles is another. Even McDonald employees are paid $15/hr. Given the responsibility of possession and operation of Hertz assets plus the life threatening exposure driving on public highways it seems Transporter wages are not equal to responsibility.
