What do you like best about the leadership team?

They do seem to try and at least get us cars we need but everything is simply about numbers for them so its a bitbhard to relate

from interview to training to slow induction into the actual living culture to the company is a consistent decline.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very overworked, short staffed and underpaid for all extra work
