Coworkers are amazing, they are the reason I am able to go to work everyday.

helping the lower managers that take care of daily duties and taking better care of loyal employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Regional managers keep getting hired and fired almost every 3 months which makes it hard for all the managers and employees below them. Top management needs to do a better job at hiring middle management.
