a lot of the coworkers in the company are rude, too playfull, foul, mean, or are very immature.

the most positive thing about the company is the supervisors and the management team, the coworkers are bitter however.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like i work a lot and i do make 9.50 an hour but the deductions and the other benifits make my paycheck weak
