What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micromanagement here! Love how its laid back but yet, if you do your job effectively and work well with others, you are acknowledged and appreciated openly, directly and amongst your peers!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance is the best I've ever had, with over 30 years with experience with other companies, and never have I had such affordable insurance with the most options! 401K is very nice!
