Treat people fairly across the bored. Employees and functional mangers are real people. Have a plan and have a team of HR representatives that won't tell upper managers your business..

The leadership team needs to be organized, respectful, professional, and effective. Managers come off as if they don't care about the staffs concerns and needs. This place is a negative environment.
