What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most of my teammates are hateful miserable people who enjoy hurting others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The EVP level team is scared of each other and it's embarrassing. The SVP level staff is entitled, aloof, and discriminatory.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The staff needs diversity training. The company refuses to endorce this. They do the bare minium required and pay lip service to true diversity and inclusion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was on the compensation team and I can tell you that not one person on the this years is a true compensation professional. Top to Bottom.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As the only person of color on the team I faced a lot of discriminiation from teammates and leaders a like. A lack in diversity hiring with in the HR department is partly to blame for this.
