Company is great, along with co-workers, but current supervisor should never of been hired. He treats his employees with zero respect, is rude, sarcastic, comes in late and hungover constantly. Is the worst supervisor and we're ALL ready to quit!!! Hertz needs to qrtly let empl's give feedback!!!

More than a cost-of-living raise would be appreciated in this day. Cannot support one's self.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fire this supervisor, ask employees to give feedback without fear of loosing their jobs. Hertz needs to get on-the-ball!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our last Supervisor was AWESOME, but current one is horrible to people. Please get rid of this person, should not be in charge.
