Going to work in general makes me happy

The exceptions considered for each individual employee. Because every one is different.

Getting along with the people i work with and seeing guests happy and satisfied in the hotel

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

everyone in town knows it is a bad place to work and if workers are not happy it is hard to be happy towards guests

There is no respect between management and employees they tell us they are constantly watching us on the camera we can't even eat our lunch in peace the camera is pointed directly at the table so they can make sure we not eating the hotel food

Discrimnation can be approved by treating all employees equally.

The gm is not treatky me faikry. She is embarrassibg me in front if eceryine in multole occasions and not paying me correctly

Not up to date, awful management, and some lazy coworkers

everything is wrong about this place from management down to the employees. cant clean to save their life , attitudes and respect is not placed when being polite. nobody listens to the things that guest complaining about but nobody cares.

they hear swearing from the staff, given cold food , kept waiting tidicukous times , no interaction

Building is literally falling apart (mold in the walls, no air conditioning, broken furniture, no work supplies)

There is constant bickering between housekeepers and laundry, nothing ever gets done when we go to our supervisors or the GM. There needs to be more discussions and structure in the workplace.
