Holiday Retirement Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

low cost healthcare and benefits

My wage is the best part of the compensation package.

Anniversary bonus each year after two.

salary plus a nice monthly bonus

Get it after 90 days

Insurance benefits are the best

Decent benefits, free rent, compensation largely based on commission

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This is not a 40 hour a week job and you are convincing people to change their entire life. Properties are chronically understaffed and benefits used to get people to move in often don't exit. Staff the communities and pay appropriate wages

Higher oay for hours and work put into thay place

Stop prioritzing uniformity when each community has unique needs

Hire good people who work harder

Review from Operations Dept

Pay more for what they want you to do more reasonable hours. More life balance. More help specially in thekitchen

Bonus structure was changed at the last minute before reviews and goals were made practically unobtainable.

When leaving i was offered a raise after being there for several years. It made me feel good until i found out they were paying new hires even more to start than wjat my raise would have been.

I go above and beyond for what's expected of my position and yet when there is mention of increased compensation I get laughed at in my face.

Holiday Retirement has not kept up with raises, never mind bonuses, for lower echelons. For all the many hats an employee has to wear a starting salary of $15 an hour would be fair.

They contract with sub-par health insurance carriers.

They contract with substandard health insurance carriers.

Insurance benefits are meager at best. They do not contract with reputable insurance vendors.

If managment team would be a team with everyone not just themselves and listen when someone is telling them something i need to speak with someone about some things

Better Vision and Dental plans

They don’t listen to employees they over work us cause budget is not enough to get someone else we feeding residents at 4.27 por resident per day now you try to go and get 3 meals with that kind a money a d

No appreciation for hard work

To address the ver unprofessional chef

A clean bathroom that's it

The size of my faucility is very large for 1 person I was never properly trained for all this fire stuff that needs to be done

Review from Customer Support Dept

Manager put me in a part time when I started. Realized I wasn’t accumulating sick or vacation time when I work 34 hours a week. Never ga
