When I know my clients are feeling better are doing better. It gives me a sense of accomplishment because I try and sincerely help them the best I could. The other side of the coin like if I work somewhere one or two days and there's a regular that works there they don't clean and I get stuck with

The office gets paid way more for our services than we do and we do all the work! We make less than half of what they charged each client.... pathetic for sure! And they treat us like lowly trash
Replace managers and get rid of the buddy system

Caregivers are not there to care for the clients. The complaints I have heard from the clientss is mindblowing.
Sending right carer to client not letting down client
The service is overcharged, the employees are underpaid, and the corporation is more concerned with getting what's theirs than with serving their clients. They fail to show up regularly when needed, but never miss a payday.
The team needs to be educated on how to work as a team that has people in it and they need leadership skills. There were about 6 people that quit after they fired me
