Sick time pay, they pay you for training too.
Would like to be paid more, but their pay is competitive and they are very supportive of their employees
The 4% match on future 401k plans is really nice.

This is very new with our company/franchise. It was recommended by the franchise board, & manager. I simply like the fact it is being used

The last three questions about benefits and all should be unavailable because it does not pertain to me
I have been employdd almost 2 years ans havent been evaluated for a raise or performance review. I dont get any praise even when a client has expressed gratitude for me to the manager or nurse on staff. I am only reminded of the bad things never any praise for the good. We dont get any incentives
I believe this is an industry wide issue and not company specific.
Lowest pay in the area, benefits are a joke
Owner misrepresents profit margin to eliminate bonuses.
It's all about the company making money, not the Caregiver!

Charging clients $30/hr, while paying your Caregivers $15/hr, leaves a large margin, for which the corporation does very little. If they would pay $25ish to their Caregivers, they would be much more likely to show up. I am reliable, they have not been.
I am underpaid for my position and would like medical benefits but not having those things aren't as big of an issue because the company is amazing to work for.
Healthcare employess worh in the health industry. They deserve health and medical benefits. Agencies are charging clients an enormous amount of money for caregiver services. The agencies fail to compenstaetheir caregivers fairly.
I do not feel undervalued but would appreciate a better compensation package such as dental, 401k.
