Helping the aging population and their family, anything to do with the company has been negative in my experience. But helping others is where I found joy.
It feels like Home to me.

The way shift details and happenings are recorded. Presently, with electronic reporting, we can only see what happened during the previous shift. That doesn't let us see documented change over time in a client.

Better communication from the top down. Many of us feel completely disconnected from the main office and often don't even know who works there. At least from an outside perspective, there seems to be a lot of turnover, both for office staff and caregivers. Seems like all feedback is negative.
