They are all very nice
I believe overall they try and do the best to give you the Tools to work with and the knowledge so this way we can do our job efficiently. I think they take a lot of pride what they do and it shows.

Better teamwork is needed on a daily basis.
There is little to no training, and a very uneven group of Caregivers. Some are very pleasant, others will do anything they can to find a problem. And the bottom line is that the office is not interested in actually solving problems for their clients.
I like one co-worker and the ladies upstairs were very nice.

We all need paid training and team meetings on a regular basis. This should be offered in "satellite" locations as well as in the city of the main office. Many of us live/work 50+ miles away from the home office and it's just not practical for us to make that drive. Maybe video conference?
