Home Instead Senior Care Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Being good to people as in conversation

Always teaching and improving upon skills

Their clearly defined objectives to deliver the best possible caregiving services in every way. Their ability to communicate that knowledge to teammates. They can foster a culture of kindness and fun while maintaining the highest professional ethics.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am able to reach out to management at any time for any reason. The constructive feed back I have recieved has been delivered with respect, and the encouragement and support set employees up for success.

Genuine. Supportive. Easy to get a hold of

Thoroughness complete analysis of the situations as they rise positive or negative

Respectful, good at what they do, care very much about their clients

Our team is committed to providing the BEST care possible to our local seniors. They are passionate about our mission considering they could all make more money in other industries.

The team I work with are committed to our clients and the best care possible.

They encourage both personal and professional growth in their employees and provide support and training to meet your goals.

I love the family like atmosphere.

They are very professional and they care about the workers and the clients.

They do their best to give enough hours

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am on the leadership team. What I love about being a part of this team is how communicable we can be to work as a team to ensure that every individual CAREGiver is providing the best care to all clients.

Caring staff, where I'm part time due to working two other jobs when I have spare time they work dilentgently to find me more hours

Review from Customer Support Dept

The managers work with the staff in a very positive manner to benefit all.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Answering the on call phone and checking in on clients when they are told that the family in the home is disrespectful

Giving constructive feedback and yearly reviews on time and show appreciation to all workers. And show compassion and understanding when we have things come up or get sick. Its like they dont allow us to be people .... i am just a worker and thats all ... im not allowed to have be sick or anything

Toxic work enviroment - working for mean girls

Franchise owner cuts corners and do not comply with corp requirements.

To treat patients with dignity

There is no real communication, outside of corporate legal mandated training and constant outreach from the scheduling team, who is unable to keep their clients' schedules full. They take more than they give, every hour, paying an absolute minimum and providing little in the way of benefits.

Treating Caregivers with respect and consideration.

Hire new leaders. The Franchise Owner and Managers do not know how to lead people more less run a business.

They need to have more respect for employees. They have retention issues because of this.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They are very unethical, and need to learn to follow laws.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication amongst themselves first, followed by better communication to their caregivers. Also, new staff/caregivers need much more thorough and consistent training from day one. The minimal training that is offered is no where near enough. Staff meetings need to be paid or no one will attend.

Review from Operations Dept

better pay, and when the client/patient needs more care something should be done

Review from Customer Support Dept

Quickly to juge and reprenand and replace long term workees
