You have to work so many hours just to make ends meet that there is no balance.
It's ok if you stand up for yourself and don't overload yourself with work, because they will let you if you will.

They don't really care for him because he doesndoesn't care much for his employees. Wages definitely need to be higher, especially for long term employees.
