Would like to be paid more, but their pay is competitive and they are very supportive of their employees

Helping the aging population and their family, anything to do with the company has been negative in my experience. But helping others is where I found joy.

When I know my clients are feeling better are doing better. It gives me a sense of accomplishment because I try and sincerely help them the best I could. The other side of the coin like if I work somewhere one or two days and there's a regular that works there they don't clean and I get stuck with
