Sick time pay, they pay you for training too.
Would like to be paid more, but their pay is competitive and they are very supportive of their employees

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very nice
I believe overall they try and do the best to give you the Tools to work with and the knowledge so this way we can do our job efficiently. I think they take a lot of pride what they do and it shows.

Each employee really cares about their work. They hold themselves to very high standards. There is no " pecking order" we just support eachother

Everyone is always smiling and everyone is always helping everyone else
Helping the aging population and their family, anything to do with the company has been negative in my experience. But helping others is where I found joy.
It feels like Home to me.
