What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate individual and company wins as a family, including birthday celebrations every week for every Houzzer with a birthday that week.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with not only the person who would be my direct manager, but with both the co-founders. That kind of interest in every new employee was pretty incredible.

It felt informal and comfortable. They asked tough questions but it wasn't intimidating.

I get to work on a product that makes a difference in the lives of millions of real people and solves real problems.
