What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything I get to have good insurance

If they gave more opportunities to grow in that company.

To be paid fairly and treated equally

Being new as the shift mgr. and treated like a dish washer with my level of knowledge and qualifications. Also due to my race being white.

Getting my check correct pay for what I worked for

The cost of living has doubled recently and I still get paid the same as when I started 11/2 years ago. I can't even pay my bills.

To get more than 17 hours a week. And get paid more than 10 an hour.

We dont get benefits even though we work well over 40 hours a week

Underpaid with no quality of life

Appreciation, gratitude. Not being .ade to do every thing everyday because no one else feels like it. Having help at night when we're busy doing 1800 a shift but instead there's 8 or 9 people every morning until 2.

I feel I work very hard and it does not get noticed. People who are less qualified get higher positions because their friends are the bosses.

I would feel better if I got payed for the work I do. I feel undervalued because I put a lot of effort in and non is returned.

I have worked for free, my cooking experience and ability was constantly looked over. I gave Huddle House my all and got used and abused by management and other employees

They are always threatening you as an employee. They leave you stuck there for 2 to 3 shifts and if u dont do what they ask they take you off the schedule or suspend you. They dont appreciate anything you do for them.. They tell you lies just to get what they want from you.
