What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There's no manager and the staff runs this restaurant. Stealing and closing doors when they want to.

I get treated different than everyone else. On the verge of discrimination.

WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Cooks do not care about quality of food. Staff overwhelmed therefore don't work as hard and are stressed. Managers lack focus and urgency.

Short staff...food never goes out on time...its always cold due to no heat lamps and usually one waitress on busy day who cant possibly get to tables and food due to having to wash dishes and silverware. Always runs out

The customers attracted are only there because they know they will receive a toxic environment from cooks and usually messed up meals therefore receive free food!
