There's no manager and the staff runs this restaurant. Stealing and closing doors when they want to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This restaurant needs a fresh new start with employees. Alot of stealing and doing as they please is taking place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being new as the shift mgr. and treated like a dish washer with my level of knowledge and qualifications. Also due to my race being white.
