Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I enjoy working there. Its great work enviroment, people are great and its challenging but sometimes i feel we are getting under payed. Im having a hard making through week by week with the pay. Even if it was just fifty cents that would probably help a lot better but hey. Its a job....
