Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers are only paid $2.13/hr. I thought EVERYONE was paid minimum wage.

I truly believe my manager fights for the staff's best interest but ignored more often than not.

Usually the crew on my shift is happy & helpful to each other. When the owners there, combative.

My store manager is the best I've ever had, but her supervisor is absolutely the worst in every way.

Because my manager & co-workers are so good at job & easy to get along with, I show up every day.
