Interviewed Friday a.m.. Started Saturday at lunch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers, decent customers every now & then. Regular/local customers make my shift positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid, Overworked, Undervalued & constantly reminded of it. Cheated out of overtime pay wk aftr wk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are what make my job enjoyable. Probably the best group of people Ive ever worked with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor equipment, out dated machines, constant fear that coworkers wont show up. Plus concerns of being cheated out of my wages daily basis.

Store Manager @ 60 days in: Given short period of time & absolute unorganized, unstaffed, chaos that came pos.; COMPLETE TURN AROUND/STAFF. Does EXACTLY AS PROMISED. Willingness to work wth individual employee. Comments good & bad.
