More staff... better communication between manager and staff. Better regional who doesnt lie
What are some of the best things about your team?
We never have meetings I've been there for 7 years and have been to 3 meetings.. very short staff 2 cooks 2 waitress
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Short staff...food never goes out on time...its always cold due to no heat lamps and usually one waitress on busy day who cant possibly get to tables and food due to having to wash dishes and silverware. Always runs out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are always threatening you as an employee. They leave you stuck there for 2 to 3 shifts and if u dont do what they ask they take you off the schedule or suspend you. They dont appreciate anything you do for them.. They tell you lies just to get what they want from you.
