Team work, training, customer service, know health codes and use them.

I need to be put back on the floor. Do my job. And make my bosses happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving the customers. Having that feeling of doing a great job. I love being a waitress and I'm very good at it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The co workers attitude is the customer can wait. When the dont have a table they sit down and go on there phone. Instead of cleaning, checking on customers or stocking.. they are lazy and dont understand the title of being a server
