- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being paid fairly accompanied with being tasked with realistic expectations. No earning beyond base while company brags about record revenue.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The Senior leadership team is almost exlusively homegrown meaning the majority of the strategic leaders have only Hyland software to draw their experience from. They are afraid to present vision and be a leader for fear of the accountability that comes with voicing an opinion.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't take 4 months for an interview process that has one prescreening interview, one phone interview, and one in person interview
