What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything I love about it

Free meals and 30 min break

Stock options with all insurace and car allowances

The best thing is the good

Wasnt aware that was a thing

There is no compensation package. We are only allotted sick leave by state mandate, and have to jump through hoops just to actually use it; we get paid minimum wage, and have a significant portion of work that doesn't apply to the possibility of tipped wage, we have to sign for breaks we don't take

I didn't even know that there was a compensation package. I am only aware of my pay, which I am surprisingly satisfied with. Though, I was promised a bonus for referring two members, and never received it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better if there was some type of retirement plan and/or a 401k. If we got paid days off and vacation days

Just being acknowledged for the work that we do. Being paid fairly. Treated with respect.

Getting paid having stuff in the dtore but its to late the corperaut vlosed the doors

I was made to dongrunt work while someone who held the same position as me was pid more for less of a workload

I treat this restaurant as if it were my own, and my time is constantly being taken and not appreciated for all that I do

They need better everything and manage

They cut my hours constantly always complaining about labor or making up some excuse as to why they ate doing it

With so much pressure on you and there's only one person in the tank!!!!! The rest Are standing around it will be better if everyone cleaned their station

There are no benefits in oxford

I get 10$ an hour to do my job and everyone elses jobs on top of it plus im not a plumber or janitor and they use me as such when needed while im pregnant

Others are allowed to talk down to me about my sexuality, interests, and identity with no reprocussions.
