What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My mannager has harasses me throught work after throwing me into a possition i was not trained in he was yelling at me for being to slow or not being able to hold many plates and i asked for more training in whitch he refused to train me telling me he wont and im young thats how life works

There's a lot of people on hard drugs especially the cook Tyrone and they pin it on me.

Discrimination better training different management

Some lazy servers, assistant manager yelling and cursing on the phone.

New management cleanliness of the kitchen getting rid of cockroaches

Sandra, Deb, and Dom always harrass those who don't fit their beliefs. Dom has touched other females, Sandra and Deb have asked if my fiance has a fiance and told me he isn't a trans male if he does. They randomly bring him up and ask inappropriate questions.

Steady employees people are not wanting to work anymore

Lack of ordering products due to numbers being desirable. Out of things like french toast, crepes and even eggs consitently

Depends on the day and the server. The store has roaches, and the cleanliness is poor. I have tables who love me, but they have walked out because of the cleanliness of the store

my manager is terrible to everyone

Our management is horrible, and I have been securely harassed by multiple cooks at my time at ihop, and have been brushed off and told not to worry about it. I have been screamed at by our GM and owner under unacceptable circumstances.
