Q&A With IHOP Employees
We believe our corporate responsibility begins at home with our employees. We're proud of our efforts to foster an inclusive workforce. And we also engage employees in programs designed to meet their goals – through our tuition reimbursement programs and our benefits packages.
How employees describe working at IHOP
I honestly can't think of any especially on third shift it's every man for himself they don't go by seating charts they shark each other's tables and pick and choose what tables they want and then if it's too large of a party they just ignore them till they leave
Review from Sales Dept
Care about there empolyees Be there for them like the employees are there for leaders and managers I have never seen anything like this in my entire life it's just giving them the runaround
Wrongfully making arrangements with the team
Review from HR Dept
The management at the store that I work at is terrible. It is clear that the manager does not care about the store or it's employees. I hate going to work, as the costomers and management are horrible.
Review from Customer Success Dept
