Doing new employees on boarding on the first day

The leadership team needs to work on communication and talking to employees one-on-one because they should be able to talk to their employees with trust and respect.

I would feel better if there was some type of retirement plan and/or a 401k. If we got paid days off and vacation days

I was made to dongrunt work while someone who held the same position as me was pid more for less of a workload

I treat this restaurant as if it were my own, and my time is constantly being taken and not appreciated for all that I do

They get away with everything because theyve been there longer or are simply "too old" yet get more hours.

Having comunication and people that work

IHop in Port Charlotte needs new workers. 360 around. Everyone needs to be replaced. They do things they are not allowed to do and get away with it

Properly train the managers. Interview process is always a mess

Do the on boarding on the first day so you will be paid
