What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package includes many different types of insurances and coverages for my doctor and dentist and other things. I also get packages in the mail that send me little gifts which I enjoy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many employees are undervalued and underpaid. The company is not in compliance with state and federal labor laws.

Bad organization, leadership, planning and excution. The company is biased from top to bottom.
