Town halls and communication. I feel that the leadership team does an excellent job communicating updates in our town hall. Company priorities, recent wins, return to work, organizational successes, wellness initiatives, etc are all things that I feel aware of and involved with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improving the overall culture at IAS. It has become very political and it feels like at any minute your job can be at risk for no apparent reason or rationale. They can really start listening and understanding what people do beneath them so they can make informed decisions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is on par with other companies, and they continue to strive in adding additional benefits, such as covering infertility treatments/embryo storage.

Given that our stock is very volatile and a big portion of my compensation I believe that the company should increase my base/bonus
