WE ARE BURNT OUT. SOME DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. EDUCATE THEM. HIRE PPL WHO WANT TO DO QUALITY WORK

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being told to be "grateful you have a job" and "at least you worked during the pandemic". Compensation should not be AVG, when you tout greatest care ever

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Help ppl. Treating ppl. Ihc missed the mark. We as employees want to take care of the company common expect the company to take care of us. However, they missed the mark

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of employees. Give them raises. Staff correctly (patient/nurse ratios). Invite qualified nurses back with competetive pay and have them guide future nurses. Stop bringing in travelers, pay your staff more. Create an environment of TEAM
