Fun coworkers and job. Terrible management who treats its employees like crap and expects us to be grateful for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If it was comparable to other markets.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect employees by maintaining or increasing benefits, not decreasing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have each others?

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I went through a series of video interviews that were never viewed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overwhelmed. Not the correct PPE. Not fairly compensated for risking my life every day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Addressing employee concerns and decreasing patient ratios for nurses. This would improve HCAPP scores and make everything better. Stop decreasing already crappy PTO benefits.
