What are some of the best things about your team?
I had a very knowledgeable team. Unfortunately, they were not supported by upper management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive leadership needs to reward good employees and create a culture of safety, not ambiguity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For years I felt very driven by the mission of low cost healthcare and serving the community. The company seems to have gone away from putting the patients first. Within my department there were some big changes to poor, inept leadership which really hurt morale and made several good employees leave
