This company is now ran by business people, not healthcare people, and it shows. Quality of patient care is only maintained due to the integrity of the hospital workers. Treatment of employees has been declining for a while and the morale is so low.

Quality people. Despite management, WE all still seem to have the same goal to take care of people.

Benefits and perks have been declining over the years, and wages aren't keeping up with the status quo / inflation / cost of living.
