CEO is an imbecile who doesnt respect the employees who actually do the heavy lifting of the company. Was a great place to work for until Marc Harrison took over. Overworked and incredibly under compensated with very unsafe nursing ratios. As an employee of IHC, you are treated as just a number.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager and co workers who i work with everyday. We're a family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and sweet. The questions asked were pertinent to the position i was applying for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensate me for the responsibility thats thrust upon me. Salaries barely make ends meet and does not keep up with the current cost of living rates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team does everything they can to ensure a healthy working enviornment. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe, respected and valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork is incredible!! My co workers are my second family. I am in awe of the amazing things they do for our patients. I will never stop learning from.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unsafe nursing ratios leaving is with less time to give our patients the care they desperately need ans deserve. I think the CEO should actully take time to meet the peoole who work for him and allow them to be involved in the decisions that directly effect our jobs. Respect.
