Promote managers with applicable patient care experience. The executive leadership needs to stop making policies that hurt our patients.
Increase base pay instead of using bonuses and crisis pay. Tie caregiver bonuses to the same metrics used to give out executive bonuses. Stop cutting compensation to caregivers while preserving them for administrators.
