Do not treat front line staff well

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well together and are abke to train our own staff well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im undervalued because none of my prior experience is taken into consideration with my current pay.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to have time with my parients and their families and educate them to what is happening

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Less people asking questions; have them listen in if you want them there, but let a conversation develop with fewer people

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to pay front line staff enough to be able to live and afford the cost of living where we work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need leadership who knows what its like on the front lines and not just sitting in an office deciding whats best with no patient experience.
